Ameriflex, a highly respected southern California-based manufacturer of precision formed metal bellows, flexible hose lines, metal flanges and custom bellows assemblies was acquired by MW Industries (MWI). The deal attracted domestic and international, public and private buyers, but ultimately, a deal was struck with MWI. 555 Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor, initiating and negotiating the transaction on behalf of Ameriflex.
